How does a multi ride ticket work?
You'll get a physical ticket with 10 or 20 ride slots on, bring this to the railway to redeem against rides. 1 slot per rider, per ride. They do not have an expiry date, so as long as there is ride slots available on the ticket you can continue to use them!
Can I buy a single ticket rather than a multi ride ticket?
We don't sell them online, but you can pay for single rides when you are at the railway!
Can I collect my order?
Yes you can, select this option when you are at the checkout! Collection is available from the railway, only on days that we're open. You can find the opening days/times here.
How will my items be delivered?
We will send orders via the Royal Mail 48 Tracked service. For more information about our delivery options please see our 'Delivery Information' page
Will the shop be open at the railway?
Our station shop will hopefully be open again during the summer holidays. We do keep some stock on site, so if there is something you would like purchase during your visit please speak to a member of staff.
